What managers want to know before bringing KronosOps to their teams.

Every KronosOps plan has full platform access: daily check-ins, the manager attention dashboard, AI-powered weekly predictive risk forecast, AI-generated daily team briefings, weekly team reviews, blockers and decision-request management, priorities, and reporting.

Plans are based on the number of active seats (team members plus managers) in your company, and every plan includes the ability to have multiple manager accounts at no extra cost. If you're between tiers, start on the smaller one: you can upgrade later.

Yes. You can upgrade to any higher-level KronosOps plan at any time. For your current subscription month, you will pay a pro-rated price based on the number of days remaining in your subscription month.

About 15 – 30 minutes. After payment, you'll complete your company setup, invite your people by email, create teams, and set your check-in schedule. All of the KronosOps plans have the ability to set up user accounts with the import of a CSV file with team members' names and email address.

Just a quick check-in: status on each of their assigned activities (on track / at risk / blocked), workload level, and any blockers or decisions they need from you. It takes about 3 minutes and the AI agent asks smart follow-up questions only when a check-in is missing key context, so you're not chasing details by email.

Standups and status emails require you to read everything and figure out what matters. KronosOps works the other way around: everything is triaged into a manager attention dashboard, so you only look at what needs your response: exceptions, at-risk work, blockers, and decision requests. You manage by exception, not by inbox.

Yes. Each company's data is encrypted and fully isolated; no other customer can see it, and access is role-based, so members see only their own work and managers see only their teams. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest on Amazon Web Services infrastructure. All payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your credit card details.

You'll receive direct support from a real human in the USA, so you're not on your own with an online knowledge base or foreign help desk. Inside the app there are user manuals for the roles of Company Administrator, Managers and Team Members. The Company Admin can submit a support case from inside the KronosOps platform and get a response from the team that built KronosOps, including help with setup, onboarding your team, and configuring your check-in cadence.

It's hoped that you and your team members will find KronosOps easy to use and valuable by helping optimize information flow. If you do need to cancel, the KronosOps administrator at your company is required to submit a support request in the KronosOps app.
